PZS Architects, in association with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, is designing a world-class residential condominium tower on the prestigious Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. The historic facade of the Rittenhouse Club, the Alison Building and the Van Rensaleer Mansion will remain and a new 450,000 square foot, 33-story tower will rise behind them. The new tower will include 160 luxury residential units, ranging in size from 1,000 to 7,000 square feet with two subsurface levels containing 160 parking spaces and loading docks and amenities including concierge service and a health club with a lap pool for building residents.
